1) 12-STATION RINSER IN 2 PHASES (WATER+AIR) for bottles with a maximum diameter
of 115 mm. The rinsing process takes place only when bottles are present. The parts of the rinsing nozzles have
no contact with the bottle neck.
2) 12-STATION ELECTROPNEUMATIC HIGH-PRESSURE FILLER for bottles with a maximum diameter of 115 mm
The fill level can be electrically adjusted from the control panel without manual intervention from 25 to 100 mm below
the bottle neck. Each filling valve is equipped with a sterilization bottle for cleaning and
sterilizing the machine. The sterilization bottles are positioned manually. The filling valve
operates with still and carbonated liquids from 0 to 8 bar. The fill level is precise 100 %.
3) MONOHEAD Crown Capper for D26 crown caps.
Screw Cap can be installed for an additional fee
Feeding and transfer between stations is performed by screw that guide and
synchronize the bottles.
Monoblock equipped with:
- Protective enclosure compliant with CE standards, featuring tempered glass doors
- Universal screw
- Motor-adjustable side guides
- Dummy bottles for sterilizing the rinsers
- PLC and TOUCHSCREEN control panel
- Electric height adjustment of all stations
OPTIONS:
- Washing of the bottles on exit using 7 nozzles,
- Interior lighting with 4 LED strips
- Machine equipped for remote assist.
