In the initial phase of the Q12E16 electric mast trolley project, we had one goal - to create a work tool that would enable loading and unloading of goods in tight spaces. That's why we decided on compact dimensions and a load capacity of up to 1,200 kg, which allows it to work in conditions where it is difficult for other devices to move. To the already established goals, we added lifting to a height of 1600 mm and two operating modes: fast and "turtle".
Greater stiffness and stability when lifting translates into work safety and allows for trouble-free movement of difficult goods, which is due to its solid structure made of high-quality steel, which translates into a longer service life of the trolley. The safety switch is essential to protect the operator and the device.
We do not require inspections during the warranty period, which means that our Q12E16 device is not only reliable, but also economical in operation. All these functions and features translate into efficient and safe work.

The AGM battery has a lower self-discharge than traditional lead-acid batteries, which means that the Q12E16 mast truck is ready for operation immediately after charging. Additionally, the AGM battery is sealed, which eliminates the risk of acid leakage and makes it easier to transport and maintain. We decided to use it because it is more resistant to extreme temperatures, impacts and vibrations.
The built-in charger allows you to charge the battery anywhere you have access to a power socket. Thanks to this, the operator can charge the battery during breaks at work or while transporting the device, which allows for continuous and effective work. LED battery indicator that informs the operator about the current battery charge level, so the operator can monitor the battery status and charge it at the right time to ensure continuous and efficient operation. Additionally, the Q12E16 mast trolley is equipped with a "belly" safety switch that protects the operator against dangerous situations, such as being run over by the trolley.
