Complete compact vertical packaging system including auger dosing unit, screw conveyor and outfeed conveyor. Suitable for powdery products with a high or a low fluidity. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with PLC (control via color touchscreen user interface, different languages available e.g. English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program set-up, mark sensor registration control, quick change former assembly, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor film pulling, double pulling possible, air expeller/exhausting device (expels air from the bag before closing – vacuum is not generated), supporting device of finished bags, euro hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (possibly additional costs for the PE unit). - Specifications of VFFS packaging machine: filling range: up to 5000ml; film width: max. 620mm; bag size (mm): min.-max. Screw conveyor for automatic transport of powdery materials to the auger filler. The vibration motor assured an evenly product flow. Total dimensions of complete system approximately L2980xW3650xH2600mm, depending on final layout. Generally the system has to be customized to meet individual customer/product requirements. Therefore deviations of shown specifications of modules and machines are possible.
