Construction and Technology

The CORMAK HBS700 is an industrial-class band saw based on a rigid steel structure and a heavy-duty machine frame, ensuring long service life and resistance to deformation. The large band wheels with a diameter of 680 mm provide smooth operation and stable blade guidance.

The machine is powered by a three-phase motor with a power rating of 4.0 kW (S1) / 5.6 kW (S6), allowing efficient operation even when cutting thick and demanding materials.

Integrated dust extraction outlets 2 × 100 mm enable effective connection to extraction systems for sawdust and chips, significantly improving workplace cleanliness and safety.

Precision and Working Efficiency

The large work table measuring 790 × 500 mm, combined with a wide cutting blade (up to 40 mm) and a rigid guide system, ensures high-quality and repeatable cuts even in demanding applications.

The operator has full control over cutting direction, angle, and depth. The well-balanced construction minimizes vibration and reduces the risk of cutting errors, ensuring smooth and accurate operation.
