Complete tube filling and sealing system, comprising of the following equipment:

1 x Collette high-speed mixer with 2 x mixing bowls (for batches of 150kg mix), pump and piping to feed directly from the bowl to the tube filling/sealing machine.

1 x Axomatic rotary tube filler and sealer. Manufacturer - Axomatic Srl. Type - AXO 1000 MATIC. Date of manufacture – 2019. Speed - 60 to 90 tubes/minute. Fitted with loading hopper, tube selector, detector for missing tubes on the carousel, filler, seal with code in seal, crimper (at top for waste) and exit chute. Supplied with Eurocold glycol chiller, pump, pipework and 2 x pallets of tubes. This unit has had all air pipes replaced.

Previously used and set up for icing frosting tubes but the weight and tube size is variable (10g to 120g). Electrical requirements - 3 phase. Maximum air pressure - 8 Bar. Dimensions of AXO 1000 MATIC tube filling system - 2300mm long x 1400mm wide x 2350mm high. Weight of of AXO 1000 MATIC tube filling system - 1100 kg.
