Carnitech Feeding hopper

We offer a CARNITECH screw conveyor with feeding hopper – an industrial set designed for conveying, feeding and dosing raw material in food processing plants. The system is suitable for production lines where stable, controlled and efficient product feeding to further processing machines is required. The set consists of a feeding hopper and a screw conveyor, often referred to as an inclined screw feeder. This solution allows the product to be conveniently loaded into the hopper and then smoothly transported to the next stage of the process, for example to a mixer, grinder, bowl cutter, separator, forming machine, packaging machine or other production equipment.

The CARNITECH screw conveyor and hopper are equipped with motors of 4 kW and 2.2 kW, ensuring efficient operation even in demanding production conditions. The control system is equipped with frequency inverters from renowned brands Fuji and Danfoss, allowing smooth speed adjustment and adaptation of the machine operation to the type of raw material and the capacity of the entire line.

A major advantage of the system is the possibility of smooth speed regulation and reverse operation, meaning the direction of rotation can be changed. This gives the operator better control over the feeding process, helps reduce the risk of blockages and allows the machine to be adjusted to current production needs. The safety system is designed using components from the well-known and respected company Pilz, which increases operator safety during daily operation. The system can be used as a standalone conveying unit or as part of a larger technological line in meat, poultry, fish processing plants and convenience food production.
