Therefore, it meets the needs of breweries with varying product volumes. Moreover, its configuration allows easy integration into existing lines. In particular, this monoblock suits breweries focused on maintaining product quality.
Mechanical Configuration and Working Direction
The machine operates with a clockwise rotation and includes certified safety guards, which ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations. Furthermore, the safety system prevents accidental operator contact with moving parts. Currently, the Used Filling Monoblock ALFATEK Elvira for beer 2000 bph remains offline but fully functional. In addition, all technical manuals are available, and the system has undergone regular maintenance and revision. As a result, the machine retains its mechanical integrity. Thus, it stands ready for immediate use upon installation.
Light Pressure Filling System
At the core of the Used Filling Monoblock ALFATEK Elvira for beer 2000 bph lies the filler with 9 valves, configured for light pressure filling. Notably, this system is ideal for beer, as it preserves carbonation and minimizes agitation. Consequently, it prevents foaming and ensures a clean fill level. The system ensures precision, consistency, and compatibility with 33 cl and 75 cl glass bottles. Additionally, operators can clean and maintain the valves with ease. In other words, this machine simplifies process control. Therefore, it supports stable and hygienic production.

As such, it guarantees a secure seal for each container. Besides that, the capper minimizes the risk of misalignment. For this reason, many small breweries prefer this model for its simplicity and efficiency.
Product Application and Container Type
Manufacturers designed the Used Filling Monoblock ALFATEK Elvira for beer 2000 bph specifically for beer bottling in glass containers. The machine does not support plastic or can formats.
