AL-KO AST 1.5 BASIC

The AL-KO Sanding table AST 1.5 BASIC is the entry-level model for the AL-KO sanding table program. It is certified according to GS-HO-11 and bears the seal "Wood dust tested according to BGI 739-1". It is therefore suitable for manual grinding as well as for machining workpieces with manual work machines.

The grinding table is made of galvanized steel sheet. The workpiece support consists of a removable beech wood grate. It is accessible from all 4 sides. So that several people can work at the same time.
Thanks to the sturdy, structurally stiffened construction, workpieces with a weight of up to 150 kg can be processed.

In order to adjust the work surface of the AL-KO AST 1.5 BASIC to the required working height, it is equipped as standard with a mechanical height adjustment. The height adjustment is done without any tools by adjusting the feet in scaled grid dimensions. In addition, all feet can be adjusted in millimeters according to the respective ground conditions.

The extraction trough is optimized in terms of flow technology. Due to the funnel-shaped design of the trough with integrated air duct, the air stream is directed to the intake socket. Depending on the extraction capacity required, the connection to the customer-specific extraction system can be made via a connection piece Ø 140 or Ø 160 mm.

The bending of the machining surface on both two longitudinal sides also allows machining of workpieces on the end face The suction grilles are aligned with the flow connection to the suction port and thus guarantee an optimal extraction result.

For cleaning work inside the sanding table, the slat grating can be lifted off and the air duct can be removed by loosening a few screws.
The sanding table is delivered pre-assembled, only the feet have to be mounted and adjusted to the required working height.
