FOR SALE: WASTEWATER PRE-TREATMENT SYSTEM

Due to the expansion and relocation of our winery, the wastewater pre-treatment system, belonging to the ÉSE series of Élinvest Kft., is now available for sale. The system operated flawlessly from 2013 to 2024 with regular maintenance.

Technical specifications:
Untreated raw wastewater enters an oversized sump below the filter unit, from where a transfer pump with a capacity of approximately 25 m³/h conveys it to the pre-filter unit.
The system filters the technological wastewater generated during operation through a Ø1 mm filter screen within 10 minutes of its generation, in automatic mode.
Solid materials larger than 1x1 mm are collected in a 240-liter, covered plastic container, while the water phase containing dissolved and suspended solids flows by gravity to a transfer well that also collects municipal wastewater.
After the completion of the harvesting operations, the wastewater discharge rate decreases to 20-40% of the harvesting water flow. This water is usually acidic; therefore, the discharge pH can be adjusted by adding a solution of sodium hydroxide (20-30% concentration).
A pH control unit, suitable for dispensing both acid and alkali, maintains the pH of the treated wastewater within the specified limits (5.5 and 10).
The operation and control are performed by a pH probe and a custom electrical control panel.
The rotating drum of the filter unit is cleaned with a rotating brush and an intermittently operating pressure booster connected to a water supply with a minimum pressure of 4 bar.
The construction technical approval number for the filter system is ÉME É-61-2011.

The average wastewater discharge is 3-10 m³/day.
The maximum instantaneous wastewater flow is 10 m³/h, and 25 m³/h in case of an emergency.
