The TH 714 machines are designed for plants with required throughput rates of up to 150 kg/h. The stable press housing enables the production of high-strength briquettes - from materials such as wood, polystyrene, foams, light metals, paper or biomass. Numerous additional options can be implemented, e.g. oil cooling for multi-shift operation. All machines are available as left- or right-hand version. Mounting on a stable base frame ensures fast installation and makes mobile use possible.

User-friendly operation thanks to Siemens PLC control

In order to live up to our performance promise, we design and produce all control cabinets ourselves at our Ilsfeld site and equip them with well-known international components. This guarantees highest quality with compact design. The used PLC-control from Siemens is perfectly adapted to the requirements of the briquetting process.

Impurity-resistant screw conveyor due to cardanic suspension

The screw conveyor, which transports the material into the pre-compressor of the briquetting press, is suspended on a cardan joint. This prevents interfering materials from causing damage to the screw conveyor. As is so often the case, however, it always depends on the specific application which suspension is chosen. For metal applications, for example, we often recommend rigidly mounted screws.
