Our Profiline is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper that guarantees absolutely consistent results with up to 32 storable programs, thereby reliably eliminating the “human factor”.

The electromagnetic brake allows you to precisely set and store the film tension at each stage (bottom wrap, upward wrap, top wrap, downward wrap) within the programs.

Within each program, you can additionally specify the speed of the film carriage and turntable. You can also store head wraps, bottom wraps, and the film overlap at the end of the pallet for each program. This allows you to create individual programs for every packing pattern in order to achieve optimum wrapping results every time. The programs can be password-protected, so the operator can only select from the preset programs.

With a weight of 420 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 1200 kg (optionally up to 2000 kg). Our Profiline is equipped with a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2500 mm in height as standard. Automatic pallet detection (via photo cell) is standard, as are adjustable head and bottom wraps. If the wrapper needs to be relocated, it can be easily lifted and moved using integrated forklift slots.
