• The first unit is equipped with a Ø190 mm calibration roller with a grooved rubber coating, hardness 90 Shore.

• The second, combined unit contains a Ø190 mm sanding roller with a grooved rubber coating, hardness 40 Shore. In addition, it includes a hard felt sanding pad mounted on an aluminium rail, with a graphite-grain surface for fine sanding. The pad is equipped with timer-controlled automatic operation.
Options: Electronically controlled sanding pad divided into 42 sections. The unit is driven by an independent motor with inverter-controlled speed adjustment and the possibility of changing the direction of rotation.
• The third unit is a finishing brush roller.

The table movement is carried out by four large-diameter trapezoidal threaded lead screws, which are mounted externally on the machine frame.
Table rollers: one roller is positioned before and one after the feed belt.
• The feed belt has a 60 Shore hardness rubber surface with a concave pattern.
• Precise tracking of the feed belt is ensured by an automatic centering unit.

PRESSURE HOLD-DOWN UNITS
• Rubber-coated pressure rollers are positioned before and after the processing units to ensure accurate holding-down of the parts being sanded.
