Two fully-automatically welded I-beam longitudinal members with welded cross members. Chassis width: 1,600 mm.

Tipper Body / Tipping Skip "Smooth Construction"

Aluminium skip, side walls made from 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide and welded, floor plate 8 mm thick highly wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110) with 90-degree profile to side walls, front wall 4 mm reinforced in straight design, rear wall as universal door in straight design with 2 wing doors (1/2–1/2 configuration) and grain slide. Universal door operated automatically-pneumatically, separately lockable lever, rear frame in swing-out ALU design, two hold-downs with rubber buffers on the tipper skip fixed to the chassis at the front wall.

Hydraulic System Tipping Cylinder with "Sheath" Suspension
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on the front wall, operating pressure 150 bar, manufacturer Edbro, approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose and loose end 1", tipping angle approx. 48 degrees.
