SafanDarley press brakes are innovative and highly efficient machines on the market, designed for sheet metal processing by the Dutch manufacturer. The precision of bending and reliability have been recognized by users in Poland and worldwide.

SAFAN E-Brake is a series of machines equipped with an electric drive, which has been successfully used in our machines for almost 30 years. Currently, the largest model of press brakes with an electric drive is available with a capacity of up to 300 tons and features a patented design by the manufacturer.
Lenze motors and servo motors, controlled by long-life frequency inverters, enable fast and reliable operation of the system for many thousands of operating hours.
Thanks to the innovative drive, the machine consumes electrical energy primarily during the downward movement of the slide and the bending process. The slide returns using the force generated by springs mounted on both sides of the machine.
Even when idle, the machine virtually does not consume electrical energy, as the system does not have a hydraulic pump motor to maintain pressure, as in hydraulic press brakes.
We estimate that the electrical energy consumption is up to 70% lower than in conventional hydraulic press brakes.
In addition, the electric drive is insensitive to temperature differences that may occur in production halls.

The machine performs excellently in both long and short production runs.
