Vertical splines press

Sack & Kiesselbach VSP 50/30

With a focus on optimized and energy-efficient drives in the automotive industry, significantly higher demands are placed on the components of the drive system.

Higher power transmission, higher torques, and a smaller overall size are the challenges.

This development has led to an increased need for cold-formed splines.

With the vertical spline press (VSP), Sack & Kiesselbach provides customers with a solution that offers technological and logistical advantages compared to conventional technologies (such as rolling or broaching).

The relatively small and very user-friendly press can be configured for both manual and automated operation.

In addition to the spline press, the customer can also obtain the appropriate tooling system and the corresponding process technology from a single source.
