Fully automatic frame bending machine for insulated glass spacers.
Materials: Aluminum and stainless steel profiles, as well as plastic profiles (e.g., Swisspacer, Thermix, TGI, Rolltech)
Profile widths: from 6 mm to 24 mm
Interfaces (e.g., floppy disk drive, network/Ethernet, or serial interface) for connection to production optimization software (such as LiSEC, Albat+Wirsam/A+W).
The "XL" (large-format) version: The XL variant features extended feed and collection belts. This allows for the processing of extremely long, one-piece spacer bars (often up to 6 meters) to bend very large insulated glass windows (jumbo or oversized formats) in a single piece without additional longitudinal connectors.
Supporting roller mechanism: A characteristic feature of R&R. During the bending process, plastic deformation is supported by a roller, ensuring extremely tight, visually flawless corner radii without material compression.
Counter-bending: Bending is performed using profile-specific tools. This prevents the buckling of the thin-walled hollow profiles.
