OMRON ULISSE 4000

Used Sleever labelling machine 4000 BPHTechnical Specifications & Performance DataThe ULISSE 4000 is an automatic sleeving labeling machine engineered by Scaligera for high-quality application of shrink sleeves on cylindrical containers. Built in 2021, this second hand equipment is designed for integration in a used bottling line and industrial packaging environments for beverage production. Its robust AISI 304 stainless steel construction, Omron automation, and precision cutting system ensure repeatable, accurate sleeve placement prior to steam shrink.Manufacturer: ScaligeraModel: ULISSE 4000Year: 2021Formats: 330ml standard, 440ml standard, 500ml standard (CAN)Machine type: Automatic sleeve applicator (Labeling Machine)Installed electrical power (applicator): 3 kWCompressed air consumption (applicator): 80 Nl/minControl system: PLC Omron with 7-inch color touchscreen HMICutting system: 1 rotating-blade cutting head, register-controlledMaterials: AISI 304 stainless steel frame and guards; anodized aluminum and chromed steel componentsIncluded conveyor: Scaligera K325, approx. 7.5 m total length, chain 82.5 mm, inverter-drivenShrink tunnel (included): Scaligera TVP3SE steam tunnel, 3 independent steam sections, 6 injection cells, electronic temperature control, inverter-driven exhaust, installed electrical power: 11 kW, minimum steam pressure: 5 barRotary accumulation table (included): Ø 1200 mm, power: 0.5 kWElectric steam boiler (included): COMETH GEI 54 KW 75, 3 × 25 kW resistors, 380 V 50 Hz, steam output approx. 100 kg/h, stainless steel water tank approx. 80 L, capacity approx. 60 LSafety: CE-compliant interlocked guards and protectionsAdvanced Automation & Control SystemsThe ULISSE 4000 integrates advanced automation to optimize sleeve application accuracy and uptime. The external unwind with mechanical dancer ensures stable film tension. Motorized traction rollers launch the sleeve at high speed, with automatic opening and adjustment. Film length is photoelectrically controlled and synchronized to product presence for precise register cutting. Operators interact through a 7-inch color touchscreen HMI with Omron PLC control, enabling recipe management and quick parameter adjustments.Automatic sleeve advance and register-controlled cuttingMotorized rollers with automatic opening and regulationPhotocells for film length regulation, infeed product absence, and outfeed jam detectionMicrometric adjustment handwheels with counters for repeatable settingsInterlocked safety doors and CE-compliant protectionsProduction Line Integration CapabilitiesThis sleeving machine is supplied with a matched steam shrink solution and conveying to facilitate rapid integration in a used bottling line or standalone industrial packaging cell.
