Drilling and Milling Machine ZX7045B VARIO – professional metalworking machine

The ZX7045B VARIO drilling and milling machine is a solid and versatile machine designed for professional metalworking in workshops, production plants and tool rooms. The machine allows drilling, milling and tapping operations, making it a universal solution for many machining applications.

The machine is equipped with a powerful 2.2 kW motor and infinitely variable spindle speed control in the range of 100–3200 rpm. The spindle is mounted on precision bearings ensuring high machining accuracy, while the gear transmission operating in an oil bath guarantees durability and quiet operation.

The head can be adjusted in height and tilted ±45°, allowing machining at various angles. The automatic spindle feed and automatic spindle reverse during tapping significantly improve operator convenience.

A large worktable measuring 800 × 240 mm with T-slots allows stable clamping of workpieces. The heavy-duty construction and base ensure high stability during operation. The machine is also equipped with a cooling system and an emergency stop switch.
