Turn and loosen digestate, silage maize and compost in a drying container so moisture escapes evenly and the volume drops sharply, even with heavy, poorly flowing material.

This MULTIMIX HD screw mixer from Martin Energietechnik is the heavy-duty version, built for separated digestate that the standard model cannot handle. Built 10/2020, approx. 635 operating hours, as-new condition. Checked, serviced and ready for use by us. All 5 screws are in good condition.

Only one unit available. This is a single used machine, not ongoing stock. Once sold, it is gone. Pickup and transport (750 kg gross) have to be scheduled.

Best for: biogas plants and farms that dry digestate, silage maize or compost in containers.
Not suitable for: drying containers with dimensions other than those listed below.

What the equipment means in practice:
4.4 kW drive motor with heavy-duty chains: strong drive for heavy material, and the automatic chain tensioner keeps the chain tight by itself

Travel drive with 4 driven wheels: the unit moves along the track on its own
PLC control with manual and automatic mode: set the pause time of the reversing cycle steplessly, then let it run
Trailing cable approx. 10 m with CEE 16 A plug, 5-pole: connects to standard three-phase power

Complete package: base unit with 4.4 kW motor, chain drive with automatic tensioner, 4-hole flange for the screws, 5 conical special screws, travel drive, control cabinet with PLC (safety functions, manual/automatic mode) and connection cable to the unit.
