This machine forms a roof lock by rolling with the help of special rolling rolls. At the same time while rolling it cuts fastening holes for roof panel’s fixation.

- Roll forming part, which directly forms the desired profile of the panel with the help of rolling rollers. The machine is equipped with width easy adjustable system - to change the width; you just need to turn a special adjustment wheel. The rolling machine has 10 pairs of forming rolls to form a click-seam lock. It has special tool to cut fastening holes in panels.
- Automatization system of machine, with the main elements as follows: automatic control panel, manual control panel, control cabinet, measuring wheel. With the help of this system, machine operator can program it to perform metal rolling and cutting operations in automatic mode. It is easy to set the number of panels for rolling and their lengths, so you just need to feed metal into machine, and it will roll panels of click-seam of the desired length and quantity in automatic mode. It is possible to perform several tasks (multi-tasking). If use manual control panel you can check each operation step of the automatic mode before put it to full automatic process.
- Guillotine shear, designed for cutting click panels of various widths. The special configuration of blades makes it possible to cut such profile and to get high quality final product. Shear system has electric motor to make cutting operations easy.

As an additional equipment for the machine, we offer:
- metal uncoiler for convenient installation of roll metal and feeding it into the machine.
- full automatic decoiler to make roll forming process maximum automatic.
- ribbed panel rolls, to form additional ribs to the click-fold panels, so it gets more interesting look to the roof and increasing the rigidity of the system.
- ribbed panel forming machine RPFM (microwave panels machine) to form microwaves on roofing panels.

The maximum workpiece width for rolling can be 700mm. The minimum workpiece width is 250mm.
