The line is equipped with:
• Raw material unwinding stations
• J-box for face materials
• Powder scattering unit
• IR heating station
• Lamination head
• Cooling system
• Tension control system
• Central winding unit

A key feature is the additional upper pressing roller, which enables the production of 3-ply laminated composites in a single pass.
Depending on the application, the machine can bond layers using thermoplastic adhesive supplied in roll form, thermoplastic powder, or a combination of both.
