Our MH-FJ-2 carton sealer is specifically designed for changing carton sizes. Thanks to pneumatic adjustment of height and width, constantly changing carton formats can be processed quickly and easily without manual intervention. The machine adapts to the different sizes instantly. Two lateral and two upper conveyor belts securely transport your cartons through the sealer. The carton flaps must be folded down manually before feeding the cartons into the machine. This model is designed for adhesive tape with a 76 mm core diameter and a width of 50 mm. We recommend using machine adhesive tape with a higher meterage per roll (compared to hand rolls), so you can work longer without needing to change the tape! Both PP and PVC tapes as well as environmentally-friendly paper tapes are suitable for use. The tape heads can be removed easily for changing the rolls. This also provides flexibility if, for example, you only want to seal the top of the cartons (keyword: automatic-bottom cartons). Of course, this machine also bears the CE mark. An on-site air connection is required to operate this machine!
