The compact, mobile design enables precise and repeatable bending stationary and directly at the installation site up to a tube diameter of 35 mm, CU 42 mm.

A powerful three-phase motor and a precision gearbox provide powerful drive. The motor speed is automatically adjusted, resulting in increased return speed and shorter cycle times.

Optimum bending accuracy and very high repeatability are achieved by position detection directly on the bending axis. The bending angle is easily and quickly set to 0.5° using pushbuttons.

The large LCD display clearly shows the angles. The storage of up to three bending angles enables the rational bending of tubes with different bending results.

For transport, the compact unit with accessories can be neatly and safely stored in sturdy transport cases.

The "upright tube and rotating tool" principle ensures low space requirements during bending. Sliding shoes are used for thin-walled tubes to enable crease-free bending and to bend bends with the slightest deformations from, for example, stainless steel and copper tubes.

With the PB20 profile bending attachment, flat, square and round iron can be bent without problems.
