INTERSONIK HANGWASH

A mass production washing machine where parts are transported by hanger conveyor and washed by passing through tunnels. Washing is done by spraying or immersion ultrasonic dipping.
Working Principle:
Parts are transferred by hanging on to the hooks of the top loading conveyor belt.
General process cycle: Washing - Rinsing - Optionally Ultrasonic
Immersion Washing - Drying
