iDEAL BAS 120

Welding and annealing of bandsaw blades is the stated application of this iDEAL BAS 120, year of manufacture 1997. Wood band saw blades are covered from 25 mm upward to the 120 mm maximum blade width. Annealing control is by pyrometer. Clamping is hydraulic, described as providing constant and repeatable welding pressure for the joint. The power supply is 400 V at a frequency of 50-60 Hz. Weight is 800 [kg] and dimensions are 1000*1350*1700 [mm].
