High-performance dry ice blasting system IC-310-S with integrated dry ice mill IS 10 (built-in, fully automatic crushing unit) for fine cleaning using micro-particles and for aggressive blasting on demanding surfaces.

The patented dry ice mill IS 10 allows you to crush the 3 mm dry ice pellets into 1.5 mm micro-pellets as needed, thus enabling the cleaning of sensitive surfaces such as polished surfaces, pneumatic and electrical lines, machine panels, or vehicle interiors.

The patented, continuously adjustable dosing system operates reliably without any loss of compressed air. The operating pressure is in the range of 1-16 bar. The length of the compressed air supply hose is 10 m.

The integrated flow system prevents freezing and, consequently, blockages at the outlet of the hopper. The design of the pipe and hose system prevents the breaking of pellets. The blasting gun is ergonomically shaped, robust, safe, and easy to use.

The stainless steel frame and the machine housing guarantee a long service life. The machine requires only minimal maintenance, even under the most difficult operating conditions.

The stainless steel filling hopper has a capacity of 13 kg. The dry ice consumption is 10-100 kg/h.
