Over the past few years, the machine has been regularly and professionally serviced by DMG MORI. Relevant components were not only repaired, but also replaced directly when necessary. Among other things, the spindle rotor, components of the rotary drive/IKZ, the drive belt of the Z-axis, and PROFIBUS/bus modules were replaced or overhauled. After each service intervention, functional, leak, and in some cases, geometry/runout tests were performed; the machine was then put back into full working order.
