Digima DC WCY-40T

The Digima WCY-40T/1320 hydraulic press brake is a compact and robust machine designed for the precise bending of sheet metal and smaller metal components. Its space-saving dimensions make it an excellent choice for metalworking workshops, manufacturing plants and companies producing enclosures, guards, panels, profiles and various technical components.

The machine provides a nominal pressing force of 400 kN, equivalent to 40 tonnes, and a working-table length of 1,320 mm. The distance between the columns is 900 mm, the throat depth is 180 mm, the ram stroke is 100 mm, and the maximum open height is 290 mm. The back gauge offers an adjustment range of up to 500 mm, enabling the sheet to be positioned accurately before bending.

The Digima WCY-40T/1320 is equipped with an Estun E21 NC control system, which controls the position of the back gauge on the X axis and the working position of the Y axis. The controller includes an operation counter, intelligent positioning, screw-backlash compensation and a function that retains the programmed position after the power supply has been switched off. A positioning resolution of 0.1 mm or 0.01 mm supports accurate and repeatable production.

The press brake is powered by a 3 kW Siemens main motor. Its hydraulic system uses Bosch-Rexroth components and a Sunny hydraulic pump, while the electrical system includes Schneider Electric components. PARKER seals and guide rings increase the durability of the working mechanisms and support reliable operation during intensive daily use.

The ram approach and return speeds are 80 mm/s, while the working pressing speed is 9 mm/s. These parameters enable efficient machine positioning and smooth bending operations. The rigid monoblock steel frame is welded and heat-treated to provide high structural stability and resistance to deformation under load.

The machine is equipped with side guards, a front safety curtain, protection against excessive hydraulic pressure and high oil temperature, motor overload protection, electrical leakage protection and a safety relay. The electrical cabinet has an IP65 protection rating, and the press brake is CE-certified.

The standard equipment includes bending tools, two front material-support arms, a foot-control pedal, foundation bolts, spare sealing rings and mechanical and electrical documentation. The upper punch features an 86° working angle and an R0.5 tip radius, while the multi-V lower die allows the operator to select a suitable bending position according to the type and thickness of the material.
