The Digima PBH-125X3200 hydraulic press brake is a professional machine designed for precise sheet-metal bending in manufacturing plants, metalworking workshops and companies specialising in metal fabrication. Its robust construction, high pressing force and large working area make it suitable for both individual projects and repetitive production batches.

The machine provides a maximum pressing force of 125 tonnes and a working length of 3,200 mm. This makes it possible to bend long sheet-metal components and perform demanding production operations. The distance between the columns is 2,650 mm, the throat depth is 320 mm, the maximum opening is 415 mm, and the ram stroke is 150 mm. These parameters provide sufficient working space for components of various sizes and shapes.

The press brake is equipped with an Estun E21 controller, which allows the operator to program bending parameters and accurately control the position of the back gauge. The system can store up to 40 machining programs, each containing a maximum of 25 working steps. Automatic reference-point searching, rapid position indexing and parameter backup functions reduce machine setup time and improve the repeatability of finished components.

The hydraulically driven bending beam ensures smooth and stable movement as well as consistent application of the pressing force. The machine is powered by a 7.5 kW motor. Precision ball screws and linear guides minimise mechanical play and support accurate component positioning. A Rexroth hydraulic valve system provides reliable oil-flow control, while electrical components from Schneider Electric and Lintech increase the safety and durability of the electrical installation.

The AMADA quick-clamping system enables fast tool changes and reduces preparation time between different bending operations. The standard tooling includes a multi-V die suitable for bending sheets of different thicknesses and angles, as well as a four-piece punch set made from durable tool steel. The machine is also equipped with four adjustable back-gauge fingers, which help the operator position the material accurately before bending.

Side and rear safety guards equipped with limit switches protect the operator from entering the working area while the machine is in operation. Opening a guard causes the machine to stop immediately, improving safety during everyday use.
