Deckel MAHO DMU50

The machine is in good condition. A few things have been redone and freshened up.

The following has been overhauled:
-Complete X-axis bearing including ball screw and bearing
-Various hydraulic components
-Tool changer reset and sensors replaced
-New door switch installed
-New discs installed (unfortunately already got some flying chips again)
-New coolant pump
-New screen, as it was defective
-New handwheel HR410

The machine does not have many spindle hours or switch-on hours. The machine has never seen a series production and has always been operated sensibly. Warm-up programs etc.

We are tool and mold makers, so we tend to do more complex contours rather than heavy machining.

I am only selling this because I need a simultaneous machine and also more travel paths.

Attached are pictures of the machine. The machine was intentionally not cleaned before taking the pictures, so it is in the "chip" and is used daily. You can also see the hours of the machine there.
Kinematics and geometry are OK. for our needs, but could possibly be re-measured.

We have never had any crashes etc.
