General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 60/20 ton four-column hydraulic deep drawing press is a rigid and compact solution designed for precise metal forming, deep drawing, and metal spinning applications. Thanks to its four-column construction, the press maintains stable parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances throughout the pressing process.

The frame is constructed from St52 grade steel and subjected to stress relieving via vibration. Ram and blank holder systems can be controlled independently; stroke and pressure settings are finely adjusted via a touchscreen panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 class motors, and an automatic lubrication system, it delivers long-lasting, safe, and efficient operation. The PLC-controlled system minimizes operator errors.

This model is an ideal solution for small to medium scale metal spinning, deep drawing, die testing, and auxiliary pressing tasks.
