Used ATLANTA srink wrapping machine - Year 2019Technical Specifications & Performance DataUsed Atlanta type shrink wrapper, manufactured in 2019 and supplied as two units. The equipment is configured for secondary industrial packaging with a current 3x2 pack layout, providing compact film-wrapped bundles for efficient handling, transport and distribution.Quantity: 2 unitsYear of manufacture: 2019Current pack configuration: 3x2Capacity: 40-45 packs/min, ( 2.400 - 2.700 Packs/hours).Installed power: 5.9 kWElectrical supply: 400 V, 50 HzOperating air pressure: 6 barAdvanced Automation & Control SystemsThis shrink wrapper is designed for automated bundle formation and film wrapping within an industrial packaging environment. Its dry-run capability supports testing, setup and verification procedures without product flow, helping operators check the packaging cycle before production operation. The machine uses a 400 V, 50 Hz electrical supply and requires compressed air at 6 bar. These utility requirements should be coordinated with the available site services during installation and recommissioning.Production Line Integration CapabilitiesThe Atlanta type shrink wrapper can be positioned downstream of bottling, labeling or other primary-packaging equipment to create stable multipacks. With its 3x2 layout, it is suited to packaging-line applications where grouped containers require film protection and a practical handling format. In a used bottling line or second hand industrial packaging installation, shrink wrapping equipment typically interfaces with infeed and discharge conveyors. It can support beverage production and other containerized products where bundled packs are required before palletizing, warehousing or distribution.Machine Condition & Maintenance HistoryBoth machines are used and were operational until dismantling. They are reported to be in perfect working order, with no spare-parts replacement required. The equipment was dismantled during the current year and is suitable for professional installation, commissioning and integration into a production line.Operational Performance & VersatilityWith a stated output of 40-45 packs per minute, this shrink wrapper is designed for consistent secondary packaging throughput. The 3x2 pack arrangement provides a defined bundle format for film-wrapped products, supporting orderly downstream handling in industrial packaging operations.Dry-run operation is available, allowing functional checks of the packaging sequence. This feature is useful during installation, line setup and routine operational verification.Installation Requirements & Site PreparationInstallation requires a 400 V, 50 Hz electrical connection, 5.9 kW installed power and compressed air at 6 bar. As the two units have been dismantled, site preparation should include suitable floor space, conveyor alignment, electrical connection and pneumatic supply routing for reliable integration with upstream and downstream packaging machinery.Safety Standards & Compliance CertificationThe shrink wrappers should be installed a...
