Profilator GmbH & Co. KG develops and manufactures precision machines in a modular system at its Wuppertal location, designed for machining gears on transmission components. The company produces both vertical and horizontal machines for milling spur gears, face gears, custom gear forms, as well as for additional gear cutting and finishing processes. Depending on the application, various technology modules and processes can be combined, including SCUDDING®, power skiving, hobbing, polygon and face slot machining, chamfering, undercutting, and deburring. Profilator targets demanding machining tasks in mechanical and plant engineering, with a focus on high precision, flexible production processes, and short lead times.
