Spacetek Technology AG develops and manufactures compact time-of-flight mass spectrometers for gas analysis in semiconductor manufacturing and other gas-based industrial processes. Based in Switzerland, the company offers the IonTamer™ series—systems designed for real-time monitoring of process gases, detection of impurities, and analysis of chemical reactions and transient substances. These devices are engineered for inline integration into production facilities and support stable process control as well as the early detection of deviations. Spacetek covers key stages in-house, from simulation through electronics and software development to system integration and manufacturing. Founded in 2018 in Gümligen, Canton of Bern, the company now has international operations with locations in Europe and Asia.
