SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL

SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL Vertical Lift Module

The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automated vertical lift module designed for efficient storage and retrieval of small parts based on the goods-to-person principle. It is characterized by high storage density and ergonomic ease of operation.

Functions and Advantages
Goods-to-person principle: The system automatically brings the requested tray to the access opening, minimizing travel distances for personnel.

Space optimization: The Logimat measures the height of the stored items and dynamically optimizes the storage height, resulting in very high storage density in a minimal footprint.

Ergonomics: The access opening (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at different height levels to ensure ergonomic retrieval. Optionally, the reach-in depth into the tray can be further reduced, which reduces the strain on the operator.

Software integration: The vertical lift module is equipped with a standard PLC controller and can be integrated into customer-side WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP) via interfaces. The in-house software solution WAMAS® Logimat is also available.

Robustness: The system has two helical racks that ensure robust, precise, and reliable vertical transport of the tray, even with eccentric loads.

The SSI Logimat vertical lift module is used in many industries for the storage and retrieval of various goods:

E-commerce
Healthcare & Cosmetics
Retail & Wholesale
Industry
Automotive

The application areas of vertical lift module systems are diverse:

Small parts storage
Article management
