ROVEMA MVP 280/400

The complete packaging line is ready for immediate use. The Rovema MVP 280/400 (2011) was fully overhauled and rebuilt in 2022/2023 by DL Packaging and has seen only limited use since then. Available for type of packaging: Block bottom bag and Pillow bag.

The packaging line consists of:

Product infeed conveyor
Dsdpszi Ebcsfx Af Aokp
Multihead weigher (10–1,000 g, up to 65 weighings/min)
Rovema MVP 280/400 packaging machine (2011)
Markem-Imaje printer
Stand-up pouch device including 1 set of forming parts
Format set for flat bags (250 mm)
Discharge conveyor for finished bags
Frame for stable, vibration-free installation of the multihead weigher: approx. 2800 × 2800 × 2200 (H) mm, made of painted steel, including stairs and handrails
The machine is equipped with a Siemens S7 control system and operator interface and features a sealing system for heat-sealable packaging materials, including PP films as well as laminated films with a thickness of 50 to 100 µm.
