R&B Plastics Machinery 5 Extruder System

New R&B Plastics Machinery MAX 5-Extruder System

Heavy-duty, purpose-engineered multi-extruder system manufactured by R&B Plastics Machinery, consisting of four MAX 1-1/4" × 30:1 extruders mounted over one MAX 2" × 24:1 main extruder, complete with specialty mounting structure, material loaders, heated adapters/hoses and centralized Allen-Bradley PLC controls.

The system was fully assembled, integrated, inspected and pre-shipment tested at R&B's Saline, Michigan facility and has never been placed into production.

The control cabinet contains provisions for additional downstream equipment, including water-bath and winder connections; these provisions should not be interpreted as inclusion of that downstream equipment in this R&B system listing.
