F800 – All-round finishing machine
Discover the advanced F800 finishing machine, equipped with an intuitive HMI touchscreen for effortless operation. This screen allows operators to easily switch between various finishing programmes, ensuring high reproducibility of product quality and minimising operating errors. Depending on the materials to be processed, you can choose a system with vacuum or magnetic support.

On the input side, burrs and irregularities are removed by a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth and burr-free surface. This is followed by four oscillating cup brushes that exert light pressure. The brushes ensure uniform rounding of all edges and holes, both around and inside the flat-ground product, resulting in the most optimal finish.

The F800 offers automatic brush calibration options that ensure consistent precision, as well as full ERP control and seamless integration into automated production environments. In short, it is a finishing machine that is fully prepared for the future!
