MC100 – Capsule Loader / Filler

Semi-automatic filling machine model MC 100 for hard gelatin capsules with 100 holes, enabling the production of up to 3,200 capsules per hour.
The machine consists of a loader and a filler, both mounted on a separate base. The machine is supplied complete, including a powder pressing device and an electromagnetic vibrator to ensure uniform distribution of powder into the capsules.

The machine is equipped with one capsule format, selectable between sizes 00 – 0 – 1 – 2 – 3 – 4.
On request, capsule sizes 000, 5 and DB Caps can also be supplied.
