Well-maintained laser cutting system (CO2 gas laser) with travel distances x/y/
z = 3260 x 1545 x 430 mm, maximum working area: 1525 x 3050 mm, 3rd turning
axis NC rotary table for mounting tubes (therefore Z-axis 430 mm), gantry
loader with vacuum lifter for feeding new sheets and lifting unit for removing
finished sheets, as well as control cabinet with operating elements, tapping
unit with drill magazine, automatically retracting protective hood, Donaldson
extraction system, cooling system, further technical data available upon
request.
The gantry loader uses a vacuum lifter to pick up the new sheets,
automaticallypicks up the laser-cut sheet during transport, sets the new sheet
down, and then moves it to the delivery table for the finished sheet, where it
is placed – see video 2.
The extraction system, cooling system, and transformer are mounted on
the platform above the machine.
