Line 1 consists of 3 Hessapp lathes integrated with gantry loading.
Following the turning operations, the line includes:
• 2 twin-spindle multi-operation machining centers, make SW BA400, for drilling operations
• 1 gear machining machine, make Unisign Univers 6
• Complete robot automation including infeed and outfeed conveyors
Line 2 – Maus
Line 2 consists of 3 Maus lathes integrated with gantry loading.
