Scope of supply:

1 Loading table with:

- Motorised slings loader, to load the complete bundle

- Lateral chain transport conveyor, to introduce the tube 1 by 1

- Top support with vertical adjustment (to avoid loading of 2 tubes when working with small diameters)

- Length stop and tube loader

2 Cutting machine TRA3000 with:

- 7 independent cutting heads

- All cutting heads can be lifted independently

- Linear guide with scale for positioning of the cutting heads

- Centralised tube transport system with production cycle adjustment

3 Double collecting cradle RA3, with:

- Independent cradles, to collect the cut tubes

- Lateral separators between cradles, to adapt the cradle length to the tube length

- Motorised endless slings for soft tube collection.

Note: with the double craddle system, it is possible to make the bundling and strapping in collecting craddle nº1, while production continues, without machine stop.

 Mechanical condition is very good.

 It only requires cleaning & repainting to be “as new”
