For sale is an as-new demonstration unit with only 72 operating hours. The RWT 1000-1 is a versatile machine suitable for both automatic and manual operation. In automatic mode, workpieces are placed directly onto one of the two satellites. While Satellite 1 is inside the machine and blasting is performed on the loaded part, Satellite 2, located outside, can be reloaded. This design minimizes downtime during loading and unloading. Inside the blasting chamber, the satellite is driven, ensuring excellent results, particularly for rotationally symmetrical components.

For manual blasting operations: The side door is equipped with two hand access ports. These allow for manual blasting in the manner of a glove box. Inside the blasting chamber there are two blasting nozzles and two air blow-off nozzles. In automatic mode, each nozzle can be individually selected. For manual operation, blasting is carried out with a single handheld nozzle.

Automation via robot integration should also be feasible with minor adjustments to the control system, but this would need to be implemented by the customer.

The machine has been fully inspected and serviced. The buyer will also receive a 1-year warranty equivalent to that of a new machine.
