The IFE SORT is a density sorting machine based on the fluidized bed system for fine, dry bulk materials. The function of this air separation table is based on a combination of vibration and air technology. Heavy components are conveyed upwards by vibration, while lighter components are kept suspended by injected air and consequently float downwards.

The applications include recycling and secondary raw material processing, as well as the wood, food, and mining industries.

Standard version: consists of a basic unit with a perforated plate insert driven by two unbalanced motors and a fan with a motor.

The machine was in operation at an R&D center in Israel. As the company now operates a production facility in the Netherlands, the R&D center will be closed.
