Grinding master 2000
This is A polishing machine with a 900mm wide table.
It has the capability of polishing stainless steel from a hot rolled finish up to a highly polished finish.

A wide range of polishing belts are available for this machine, ranging from 60 grit to 400 grit and for a wide range of materials.

It comes complete with an air filtration system, that extracts the polishing dust and particles through a water trough. that captures the dust and particles. The clean filtered air is exhausted back into the building. This means that the Grindingmaster can be located in any position in a building without the need for outside venting.

This system also comes with a customised racking system for the safe storage and easy access to the polishing belts.

It also comes complete with a Surface Measuring Device, which can accurately measure and verify the desired surface finish.
