Operating Principle – The system operates fully automatically and is designed for high cycle rates:
1. Vibratory Feeder:
The blind rivets are filled into a vibratory bowl at the top of the control unit.
From there, the rivets are conveyed into the feed hose.

2. Automatic Feeding:
When the trigger is actuated, the next rivet is pneumatically blown into the setting head and positioned.

3. Mandrel Collection System:
The spent mandrel is extracted into a collection container in the control unit via a vacuum system.
Sensors monitor the fill level of the container.

4. Monitoring:
An electronic control system monitors all critical functions and displays operation statuses – for example, an empty rivet supply.
