Fliegl Rail-Transport Curtainsider Semi-Trailer (Huckepack)

High-strength fine-grain steel welded chassis with replaceable 2" kingpin. Rail-compatible Huckepack design for combined road/rail transport. EN 13044 railway coding with ILU code. XL rail load securing package for transport speeds up to 140 km/h, including 4 colour-marked crane grab areas, integrated grab protection in the curtain, roof markings for crane positioning, max. overall height 4,000 mm with air suspension lowered for pocket wagons. Foldable side and rear underrun protection, aluminium side guards, rear ladder, D-Lock door retainers, Heavy Blocker 2.0 rear impact protection, yellow ferry lashing rings and pallet stops on both sides.

Axles & Suspension: SAF 430 mm disc brake axles for combined transport with anti-drop cable protection, air suspension, automatic lift axle with forced lowering and traction aid (activated by braking three times).

Braking System: Dual-line air brake system with colour-coded air lines, spring parking brake, EBS with front socket, raise/lower valve with auto-reset function.

Tyres: 385/65 R22.5 tyres (manufacturer's choice), steel wheels.

Electrical: 2 × 7-pin and 1 × 15-pin front sockets, rear LED work light.

Floor: Approx. 30 mm plywood floor on 8 longitudinal cross-members, forklift axle load up to 7,900 kg, premium sealed floor.

Front Wall: 2,580 mm steel bulkhead with EN 12642 XL strength (0.8 × payload), Crash-Blocker and internal steel impact protection.

Rear: Steel rear corner posts, EN 12642 XL rear portal (0.5 × payload), Fliegl I-Lock integrated door locking system (iF Design Award), lifetime warranty on frame-mounted locking components.

Curtain: Reinforced curtain with welded horizontal and vertical straps, side curtain strength 0.4 × payload.

Roof: Fliegl Blitz sliding roof with rear end lift, automotive L-roof beams, five-point roof fastening, additional roof safety hooks, non-elastic roof with minimal deflection, integrated rear rain gutter.

Approval: Germany, EC type approval (2007/46), Fliegl EN 12642 XL, DL 9.5 and VDI 2700 Sheet 12 load securing certificates.
