This is a painting robot from Fanuc. It has very special equipment. It was once intended as a replacement robot at BMW for clear-coating luxury cars. It was never used and is therefore as good as new. The robots at BMW worked on a rail. For this reason, a large additional amplifier is installed in the control unit. The corresponding motor is also included. It is practically connected to the robot itself. This means it can be mounted directly on the carriage. Another special feature of this robot is that a motor is built into the shoulder to control a gear pump. This means that dosing on the robot is no problem.
The cable length between the robot and controller is 2x10m and can be plugged into the controller. This means 10 m of cable through e.g. a chain from a rail and then another 10 m pluggable to the controller. This is also special.
We give a 1-year commissioning guarantee.
We can help with transportation and installation.
It is mounted together with the controller on a special pallet 2500x800x1600mm ready for transportation.
At the moment it is configured as right-armed and right-handed.

The device is still with our customer, but can be inspected under voltage at Paintrobotics if there is serious interest.
