The 2019 DMG MORI DMU 125 FD duoBLOCK is a high-performance 5-axis CNC machining center engineered for complex, precision machining applications. Equipped with the advanced Heidenhain TNC 640 CNC control featuring 3D control capabilities, this machine delivers exceptional accuracy, productivity, and process reliability for demanding manufacturing environments.

The machine features a powerful HSK-A100 motor spindle rated at 52 kW with a maximum spindle speed of 12,000 RPM and 430 Nm of torque, making it well suited for both heavy-duty cutting and high-precision finishing operations. The integrated duoBLOCK construction provides outstanding rigidity, vibration damping, and long-term machining accuracy.

A 63-position HSK-A100 tool magazine ensures efficient tool management and reduced setup times, while the integrated 80-bar frequency-controlled coolant system with coolant tempering enhances cutting performance and tool life. Additional productivity features include cooling air blast, taper cleaning brushes, and a high-flow spray pistol system.

For advanced measurement and setup capabilities, the machine is equipped with a Renishaw infrared measuring probe, combination tool measuring system within the machining area, and the 3D QuickSET extension package for rapid calibration and accuracy verification. Machine protection and operational efficiency are further enhanced by DMG MORI's MPC Machining Protection Control and an electronic handwheel with probe.
