For sale: a fully functional Dematic carousel sorter, currently in daily use in our e-commerce fulfillment center in Ingelmunster (Belgium).

Completely modernized in 2023: new Siemens PLC control, Keyence SR-5000 barcode scanner (Profinet), Beckhoff servo drives via Profinet/EtherCAT gateway, and a new control PC with visualization, alarm history, status per destination, and manual mode per actuator. Connection to ERP via JSON or SQL.

Configuration: infeed conveyor with barcode scanning, splitter, inclined conveyor, and carousel sorter that automatically drops items (including textiles in polybags) into destination boxes.

Reason for sale: reorganization of our warehouse around a new, integrated sorting and packaging concept.

Inspection while in operation is possible; video available upon request. Available until early 2027. Disassembly and transport are the responsibility of the buyer.
